"A rising tide
raises all ships."

I help everyday people build the mindset and systems to win across the board — not just in business, but in life.

Army veteran. Founder. Growth partner to businesses that are ready to stop surviving and start scaling.

“Most people are one decision away
from the life they keep
saying they want.”

— Devinn Chavez

I grew up in Norwalk, California — the son of two people who had no business succeeding by any conventional measure. My father left Chihuahua, Mexico at eleven years old with almost nothing. My mother survived the Cambodian refugee crisis and rebuilt her life from scratch on the other side of the world. They didn't hand me a blueprint. They handed me proof that starting from zero is not a disadvantage — it's a foundation.

The Army taught me what the classroom couldn't. On Victory Hill, during a ruck march I was ready to quit, a fellow soldier pulled me through. Not with a speech — with presence. That moment rewired something in me. I stopped thinking about what I could accomplish alone and started thinking about what we could build together.

Today I work alongside business owners who are in the middle of their own ruck march — carrying more than they should, moving slower than they want to, wondering if the hill ever ends. My job isn't to hand them a map. It's to get in the mud with them, figure out what's actually breaking, and build something that lasts. The rising tide philosophy isn't a tagline. It's the lesson I live, and the one I carry into every engagement.

Wisdom over information.
The root, not the fruit.

Before I prescribe anything, I diagnose. Before I build, I understand. These are the four principles that guide everything I do.

01 / Rising Tide

A rising tide raises all ships.

Growth is not a zero-sum game. When the people around me win, I win. This isn't a tagline — it's the operating system. I don't work with clients, I work for them. Their ceiling becomes my mission.

02 / Triage Approach

Diagnose before you prescribe.

A doctor doesn't hand you pills before understanding your symptoms. Neither do I. Every engagement starts with a deep diagnosis — what's actually broken, what's working, and what's being ignored. Strategy without triage is expensive guessing.

03 / Wisdom Over Information

Information is everywhere. Wisdom is earned.

The internet has made everyone an expert and no one wise. I've learned more from a ruck march at 3am than from most business books. Real wisdom comes from doing, failing, and doing again — and knowing the difference.

04 / Extreme Ownership

The results are always yours.

I don't believe in excuses — not for my clients, not for myself. If something isn't working, we own it and fix it. This isn't about blame. It's about the only mindset that actually produces change.

In the arena.
Not on the sideline.

I don't consult from a distance. I'm embedded in the work — as a growth partner, a sales partner, and in some cases, a co-builder.

Zeppelin Airwall

A facility management solution with proven product-market fit in healthcare. The work began with deep market research — building relationships through cold email and LinkedIn outreach to validate demand and establish early pipeline. From there, we leveraged ASHE and CSHE to accelerate credibility and reach, culminating in attending the ASHE PDC convention where we generated a strong set of warm leads. The pipeline is now live and growing.

The professional vehicle.
Built for partnership.

Vantage is the professional vehicle — the structure through which I partner with businesses that are serious about growth. Not as a vendor who delivers a report and moves on. As a partner who stays in the work, adapts as things change, and measures success by what actually moves.

I keep my roster intentionally small. The depth of the work demands it. Every engagement starts with a real diagnosis — not assumptions, not templates. If you want someone who will tell you what you want to hear, I'm not the right fit. If you want someone who will tell you what's true and build alongside you from there, let's talk.

"Focus on the root, not the fruit. Build the right foundation and everything rises."

There’s a version of your life
you haven’t fully stepped into yet.

Most people spend their lives reacting — to circumstances, to other people’s expectations, to the noise. They achieve things. They stay busy. But somewhere underneath it all, there’s a quiet question that never quite goes away: is this actually the life I wanted?

I’m building something for everyday people who are ready to answer that question honestly — and then do something about it. Not a productivity hack. Not another framework for squeezing more out of your day. Something deeper. A process for getting clear on who you are, what you actually want, and how to build a life that reflects both — across every dimension, not just one.

The work is in progress. The vision is clear. If you want to be among the first to know when it’s ready — stay close.
